The two greatest doctor warriors, who wins?

Round 1: No prior knowledge or prep
Round 2: 1 day prep and knowledge of each other

also edited rule, only weapons and items they normally have or have on them
one time use of a weapon is fine if ITS THEIRS other wise no

Personally, I'm fine arguing got one blind to the other do long as someone can talk about the other guy. That said I'm usually really to admit my character loses if the facts presented to me make it impossible for me to think of a good reliable way for my character to win.

I dunno, I just find is a good way to learn about the other character if nothing else.

He's not because he kept getting killed over and over again. The version who survived was the same original age, just brought into the future. He was no more over a billion than I am.

Yeah that's awesome. I'm not even sure he was much above 500 when we first met him way back in 1963. Goes to show how much he does outside of the episodes.

Greetings. I will be your waifu this season.

Obviously raw power goes to Doom here but what sort of feats of intelligence does he have besides outsmarting Gods and stuff?

The Doctor figured out how to restart the universe when every star across time had went supernova after the TARDIS exploded all throughout time.

Doom's intelligence is amazing. It probably rivals the Doctor but it's impossible to tell if he is superior in this regard.

Performed brain surgery using an Adamantium chainsaw to open up the Hulk and separate the Hulk from Banner.

Reprogramed an Ultron to serve him for the Secret Wars 1, and 2

Used alien technology to transform two humans into superpowered people.

He reconstructed the Destroyer armor powered by the Odin force that he harvested from Asgardians

His brain is compared to a sophisticated computer

He created an artificial version of the power cosmic and a techno-suit to hold it. The suit allows a normal person to hold the power cosmic for 5 hours

He manufactured an army of cosmic powered doombots

Thanos keeps him under constant surveillance because of his intellect, strategy, and ruthlessness

His mastery of science and sorcery makes Loki worry he could clone the trickster god

Created a chair that drained and analyzed the power cosmic from Silver Surfer and used it to power Doomsman II

He discovered how to harness the mystical energies of Vibranium which Wakanda could not, used it to create a device to connect himself to every fragment of vibranium, and he claimed it was greater than possessing the power cosmic.

The Doctor.

Froze two civilisations in time and moved one to the end of the universe.

Restarted the universe.

Escaped from his confession dial without ever needing to confess.

Single handedly destroyed a Cyberman armada

Deliberately crossed into another dimension.

Built a time flow analogue out of tea leaves, cups, bowls, spoons, and saucers that could disrupt temporal machines.

He can optimize photosynthesis in plants and builds a quadricycle out of random garage parts.

Rigs up a device to screw with Sutekh's portal to send Sutekh hurtling through time.

Rigged up a computer virus that has the same effect as the Silence's natural ability to make people forget if they stop looking at them.

Rigged up a phone to work across time and space.

Found a way to turn Eternals (energy being things from outside reality) into normal humans.

Managed to out think and out plan several multi-dimensional entities without any of them catching on till the very end, setting up events to defeat them in such a way that they thought they were the ones setting up the events.

Built a Delta Wave generator that had at least planetary range and could fry all human and Dalek minds in the area.

So yeah. Intelligence wise they are probably similar.

Wait a minute. Have you actually watched Doctor Who before? Because if not I don't know why you think you can argue anything. It would be like me trying to argue that a character in My Little Pony could beat Goku. It might be true but having never watched an episode, I'm not about to make that assumption. I prefer to debate when I have facts about both sides, not just one.

Larger amount of foes? The Doctor's been dealing with different foes since 1963. Granted that's a year after the first Doctor Doom story but are you really trying to tell me that Doctor Doom has come up against more foes in that time? When The Doctor is facing a new character every other week? I just did some estimations. Assuming The Doctor faces a different opponent every other week since 1963 and including novels, comics and radio episodes, that's at least 1042 opponents he's come up against that we're told about. Minimum because I'm fairly sure I'm under estimating.

Granted, I haven't watched as much Doctor Who as I may have wanted to, because I never had the time to watch it, and it was never dubbed for the most part here in Spain (until the 10th Doctor I believe), though I have been able to watch some parts from the 60s and 80s era. Either way, we both know he usually fights the same villains, Doc does, but not to the same amount, and since he's a Marvel villain, he usually fights other Marvel heroes and villains and for each fight he learns how to exploit these characters' weaknesses, and I'm sure among these characters there's someone similar to The Doctor. Unless the Doc is the kind of character Squirrel Girl is, because then he's unbeatable.

As for your other post regarding both characters' intelligence. Doom is exceptionally smart, the most intelligent being on Earth, the only guy superior or on par with him would be Reed Richards who is also ridiculously smart. But some of the accomplishments you mentioned aren't really that impressive.

-Now his brain surgery with Hulk is alright, but separating Hulk from Banner is nothing new, Strange and Doc Samson did it aswell.
-Hijack Ultron was nothing impressive at the time, Ultron 11 was a very hackable robot.
-The computer thing is referring to his speed of thought, specifically speaking.
-The others are fine, though.

I believe the cosmic entities Who encounters are pretty vague in power so I'd say Doom's feats are more impressive since we've seen what the likes of Ultron, Loki, Thanos, Galactus, Beyonder, etc, can do.

Piccolo: Just how many people have you sacrificed?!

Cell: Sacrifice? Hmph, rubbish! On the contrary, it is an honor to become a fraction of my power.
